Culture and Tourism Minister Mehmet Nuri Ersoy met with tourism sector representatives, non-governmental organizations and village headmen in the conference hall of Bodrum Chamber of Commerce on Friday, March 22nd. Members of the meeting, AK Party Deputy Mehmet Yavuz Demir, Bodrum Governor Bekir Yilmaz, AK Party District Chairman Omer Ozmen, AK Party Mayor of Mugla Metropolitan Municipality Candidate Dr. Mehmet Nil Hıdır, Mayor of Bodrum Municipality Op. Dr. Tahir Ateş, Culture and Tourism Director Filiz Karacaağaç, BODTO Parliamentary Speaker İlhan Ersan, Deputy Speaker Süleyman Uysal, Chairman Mahmut Serdar Kocadon, Vice Chairman Mehmet Ayaz and İbrahim Akkaya, Board Members Deniz Eyinç, Alper Özşeker, Council Members Toros Demirdöven, Zeyyat Aybey, Fatma Nur Tuncer, NGO representatives and local authorities.

In his speech, Mr. Ersoy pointed out that they produced various projects for the expansion of tourism in Bodrum for 12 months. It is necessary to evaluate Bodrum with a separate status, it is necessary to work in detail here and to invest in a fast way. For this reason, we will evaluate the issues by listening to sector representatives and NGO representatives. Bu Minister Ersoy also touched on the importance of flights in tourism and alternative tourism options.

The meeting, which deals with tourism issues, ended with the presentation of a plaque to the Minister of Culture and Tourism of the President of BODTO.
